Shipping Information
We currently ship via 3rd Party Dispatch and Courier services at a fee
- Most orders will ship out of our store within 1 to 3 working days.
- During peak times, it may take a couple of days longer to ship but we work hard to ship your orders as soon as we can
- All orders are shipped from our store in Arepo along the Lagos Ibadan Express way and shipping time will largely depend on your distance from us and traffic situations.
- If you are working on a tight deadline, please contact us via phone or email before ordering to ensure that we can meet your needs
We would always notify you once your order has been picked up and details sent to enable you track your order.
Please note that we are NOT responsible for items lost or undelivered due to the wrong shipping address being submitted with your order.
Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us for any reason we will contact you. If there was a mistake in the address on our end we will reship your order at no cost to you.
- If it has been returned to us because you listed the wrong address at checkout or any other reason and you choose to have us resend it then there will be additional shipping charges to reship your order. Payment for reshipping must be received before we will reship your order.
Yes we do ship internationally via 3rd party shipping companies.
If you have or looking to open an African food store outside Nigeria, we can provide you with good quality food produce and condiments at wholesale prices. We charge for this service.
For international payments; payments made through paystack using an international card, attracts an extra 4% of the total order which must be included as transaction cost. Orders above 20kg are classified as wholesale.
